This website belongs to Millenial Air Conditioning, a licensed HVAC contractor (CSLB C-20 #1103124) based in Chula Vista, CA. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Millenial Air Conditioning.
What we collect
What you send us
When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your ZIP code, the service you need, how soon you need it, your first name, your mobile number and any message you add. When you send a question through our contact form, we collect your first name, mobile number, email address if you give it, and your question. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
What the website records with a form
Along with a form, the website records the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the website that sent you to us and, if you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, the campaign details in that link (such as utm tags and ad click IDs). It also creates a random event ID so we can match your request to the ad that led to it without counting it twice.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and ad results. These tools can set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and whether you sent a form.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, answer your question and schedule work.
- To send the text messages described below.
- To understand which pages and ads are useful, so we can improve them.
- To keep records of the work we quote and do, as any contractor must.
Text messages (SMS)
If you send a form with your mobile number, you agree that Millenial Air Conditioning may call or text you at that number about your request. Texts can include a confirmation that we received your request, questions about the job, scheduling and appointment updates, and follow-ups about your quote or service.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out.

- You don't have to agree to texts to buy anything from us. You can call us instead.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run this website, its forms and our customer messaging, who handle it on our behalf to deliver your request to us and send our replies.
- Meta and Google, through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to measure visits and ad results as described above.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or texting (619) 765-9611 or emailing millenialhvac@gmail.com.
- Limit cookies with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
