Who we are
Millenial Air Conditioning is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor based in Chula Vista, California. We hold California C-20 license #1103124 from the Contractors State License Board, and we work in Chula Vista (including Eastlake, Otay Ranch and Rolling Hills Ranch), Poway, Del Mar and La Jolla.
Most of our work is in homes: replacing worn-out AC systems, adding cooling to houses that never had it, fixing systems that quit on the first hot day, and putting mini-splits in rooms and ADUs the main system can't reach. We also install and service light commercial systems for shops, restaurants and offices.
What we do
- New AC systems and AC repair
- Heaters and furnaces
- Heat pumps and ductless mini-splits
- Smart thermostats and AC maintenance
- Light commercial HVAC for shops, restaurants and offices
How we work
The choice is yours
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just honest answers. If a repair makes more sense than a new system, we'll tell you. If your system is near the end of its life, we'll explain why and walk you through your options. Our repair or replace guide lays out how we think about it.
Find the problem first
A good fix starts with the right diagnosis. Our Google reviews say it better than we can: Rick K.'s failed condenser was diagnosed and replaced the very next day, and Greg B. was given a few options and chose a repair for now. Reviewers have named two of the people who did their work: Sal, who handled Greg's AC repair, and Jose, who ran the electrical and checked for leaks on Aaron M.'s mini-splits.
Respect for your home
Customers have written about a tech who showed up on time as promised, a crew that was respectful of the home and left everything cleaner than they found it, and finished work that looks clean. You can read every review, word for word, on our reviews page.
Covered for the long run
Every new AC system comes with your pick of a free smart thermostat or a free first year of maintenance, plus a 10-year parts and 10-year labor warranty. The labor part matters: the work is covered, not just the equipment. See the offer details.
- Free smart thermostat or free first year of maintenance with every new AC system
- 10-year parts and 10-year labor warranty on new systems
Our license, and why it matters
In California, HVAC work is done under a C-20 license, the Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning classification from the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). A licensed contractor has passed the state's trade and law exams and carries the bond the state requires. You can look up our license, or any contractor's, on the CSLB license check in under a minute.
California also requires licensed contractors to show their license number on their bids, contracts and ads. That's why you'll see ours, C-20 #1103124, at the bottom of every page of this site.
